St. John’s Catholic School and All Saints Parish seeks a part-time, 20 hours per week, bookkeeper. The bookkeeper is responsible for maintaining day-to-day accounting records and general ledger, ensuring timely deposits and record keeping, maintaining payable and cash requirement systems including check preparation, preparing monthly reconciliations and verifications as needed, preparing budgets, processing payroll, manage school tuition database and other office tasks as needed.
The successful candidate will have a solid background in bookkeeping and a minimum of three years' experience as a full charge bookkeeper preferably with non-profit organizations. Familiar with Sage Intacct accounting software preferred, however training will be provided. Knowledge and understanding of the Catholic Faith a plus.
